Create a New Municipality and Range Certification

This guide provides a step-by-step process for creating a new municipality and certifying ranges within the Sport:80 membership platform.

Navigate to the Sport:80 membership platform:<https://nfaausa.sport80.com/>

Click "Create account"

Fill in your information to create an account.

Click "Register"

You will receive a verification code by email—be sure to check your spam or trash folders. Sign in to <https://nfaausa.sport80.com/> with your verification code.

Click "Setup Municipality"

Click "Add" to assign a primary contact.

Click "Yes" or "No" based on your preference.

Click "Municipalities Super Admin" to obtain full admin access to the account.

Click "Add"

Select at least one person to be the "Primary Contact," and add additional contacts if you wish.

Click "Next"

Type the name of your entity as you wish for it to appear on your account and NFAA locators.

Click "Next"

Fill in your mailing address information and click "Next."

Fill in your main venue address information and click "Next." You will be able to add specific addresses for each of your ranges later.

Select your communication preferences and click "Done."

You will be transferred to your new municipality account.

Click "Ranges" to begin adding your range(s) to the account.

Click "Add Range"

Click "Next." Note that you will need to complete the online [Range Inspection Form](https://nfaausa.com/get-involved/nfaa-range-inspection-form) for each range you wish to certify. This may be done after you have purchased the range(s).

Click "Select a Type"

Select the range type that best describes the range which you are certifying. *Field Range: A roving course where archers walk through varied terrain. \ Target Range: A set of targets at varying distances in one main area. \ Indoor Range: Targets set indoors with a distance of at least 20 yards. \ 3D Range: Generally a roving course using 3D targets.*

Click "Next"

Click "Yes" if you wish for your range to be displayed on our website locator. This is certainly encouraged to drive traffic to your venue.

Select your email and phone locator preferences and click "Next." This is also encouraged for prospective archers to learn more about your range.

Complete the course availability and other relevant course information and click "Next."

Fill in the venue address information for this range and click "Next."

Click the "Yes" field to confirm accuracy.

Click "Add & Checkout" to purchase the certification.

Tip! If you wish to add additional range certifications, click "Add" instead of "Add & Checkout." On your main account page, navigate to the "Ranges" tab and click "Add Range" to repeat the process.

Prior to validation by the NFAA, the online [Range Certification Form](https://nfaausa.com/get-involved/nfaa-range-inspection-form) must be completed for each range you wish to certify. You will receive an email once the range has been validated and the process is complete.
