Navigate and log into [https:/installer.skylightlending.com/](https://test.installer.skylightlending.com/loans/all-loans)

Click "All Leases"

Click "Create Opportunity"

Click "Select Lease Product"

Click "SKYLOC Prepaid Lease (Domestic)"

Click the "Yes" field.

Click "Continue"

Click the "Project Address" field.

Begin entering customer address

If customer name does not match title, enter new title-holder information.

Click the "I have confirmed this contact is a title holder. Make sure to provide the Title/Deed as part of the NTP process for Skylight to review." field.

In order to proceed with quote, enter *a small dollar amount* in either "Funded HELOC Amount" or "Funded Cash Amount" depending on your customer's payment method. This field will be updated later in the process.

Select Customer's current average utility rate

Enter system size in "Solar System Size (kW DC)" field and Estimate Annual Production from 3rd party design tool

Click "Calculate"

Note that quote will update with red text showing additional amount required for estimated sales tax. If the customer's State does not impose sales tax, this will not update.

Click either "Funded HELOC Amount" or "Funded Cash Amount"

Enter "Prepaid Lease Amount" that *includes* estimated taxes in the red text.

Begin completing Lease Equipment Information

Click "Save and continue"
