Reference Existing Segment

Navigation and Folder Selection

Select Segments (Lists) from navigation menu

Click "Folders"

Open Your League Folder

Segment Initiation

Click Create segment

Choose Contacts as segment object type

Click "Next"

Name segment using NICA naming conventions for ease in search and use - "AZ - Coach License Level 0 - Current"

Filter Configuration

Click Add filter to begin configuration

Select Segment (List) membership

Search for and select "AZ - Coaches - Current" or Your league current coach segment that already exists.

Click Add filter to include additional criteria

Filter by "Coach License Level" under Coach Registrations. You must change your properties from Contacts to Coach Registrations.

Type "0" and press Enter to set filter value

Final Review and Saving

Click "Next"

Select Active as processing type

Enter a description for the segment

Associate segment with Arizona League Campaign to ensure tracking in league analytics.

Click Save and process segment
