Create a New Template

This step-by-step guide will show you how to create a new template on Videosign Contract Creator (VSCC).

Videosign

Click on "New Template".

Enter a template name.

If you want to make the template public (available to everyone in your company) toggle the switch. If the switch is off, the template will be private (only available to you).

Enter a role for the template (for example, 'Client').

Please note: You do NOT need to create a role for the host. This will be automatically created and assigned to the meeting host.

Click "Add Role" to add another role to the template.

Click "Browse" if you want to upload a document (must be in PDF format). You can also proceed without uploading a document, and start with a blank template.

Click "Submit".

Click "Go to Template Manager".

Your new template will be stored in the Template Manager.
