Create a New individual Credit

This guide provides a step-by-step process and example for creating a new PD credit. By following this guide, users can accurately document training details and enhance their record-keeping practices.

Navigate to [https://app.theippydippy.com/credits](https://app.theippydippy.com/credits)

Click "Create New"

Click the user text field.

Type your name or the name of the person receiving the credit

Click your name or the name of the person receiving credit.

Click the "MM/DD/YYYY" field.

Click the date the PD took place (not necessarily today's date)

Click the label text field.

Type the title of The training or PD here

Click the description text field.

Describe the content of the PD or what happened in the training. This is also a place where you can record what you learned or who delivered the training.

Click the Credit Hours field.

Type the number (in hours) for the duration of the training or PD.

Click the Categories text field.

Click all applicable categories for the training or PD

Remember, you can select more than one.

Click "Create New" in Attachments

Click the Label text field

This is where you would enter the document you wish to store or record.

Click the Description text field.

This is where you would add more information about the document if necessary.

Click here to attach a certificate, attendance sheet, or any other documentation.

Click "Done"

Click Logged by (if it is an option).

Type your name or the name of the person logging the credit.

Click your name or the name of the person logging the credit.

Click "Save"
