How to create your own or rented vehicles

In this guide, I explain how to create company-owned or rented vehicles in bulk using Excel (CSV) or manually.

Navigate to [https://app.dcycle.io/signin](https://app.dcycle.io/dashboard)

Click "Data"

Complete the data for your vehicles (car, motorbike...) by clicking "Vehicles"

To manually upload a new vehicle click "Create vehicle"

Choose weather if it is rented or owned

Fill the gaps with the required information

Select the vehicle use

Select type of car

Select the type of fuel. Remember that if you select a fuel type with a **specific octane rating** you will only have the option to enter consumption per liters and not per kilometers.

Click "Save"

You can create and display as many cars as you have.
