Create a Private or Group Chat

Navigate to the web app: \[companyname\].ourpeople.com

Click "Chat"

Click the pink + icon.

Click "New Chat"

Click the person you want to have a 1-on-1 chat with or click "New group chat" to add multiple people to a chat.

Select the people you want to add to this chat.
Once people have been added to a group chat, they can not be removed.

Click "Next" once you've selected all the people you want to add.

Click the "Name" field to name the group chat.

Click "Create"

Click the name of the new chat from the list to begin chatting.
