The Reputation Accelerator Premium feature builds on the Basic version, which offers the ability to ask visitors about their experience in your community during their sign-out at the Kiosk or Accushield Mobile App. RA Premium has the added ability of capturing that feedback and then sending a website link via text or email to visitors in order to drive third-party reviews, like on Google.
