8 steps

Nutshell

Nutshell makes it easy to sort through all your contact data, use filters to narrow down your search, and create custom, dynamic lists that update as new contacts meet your applied criteria. Take our **self-guided tour** on saving a list in Nutshell.

You'll follow the same steps to create saved lists for people, companies, and leads. Let's select 'Leads' in the navigation bar.

Select the view you want to save as a list, whether Board, List, Map, or Chart.

Choose the filters you want to apply. You can apply as many as you like to get the data you want.

With your filters in place, click the Save as new button.

Give your new list a name. You can also share your list with everyone on your team.

Your new list can now be found under the 'YOUR LISTS' section

The saved lists popup shows you all the lists created in your company's account and just the ones you've created.
