Click "Sigma Chi Helpdesk"

Click "Sigma Chi Helpdesk Ticket System"

Click the "Username" field, and enter your email address (that you use to sign into the Sigma Chi Member Portal)

Click the "Password" field.

Click "Log in"

Click "New Ticket"

Click this dropdown and select the ticket category.

Click this text field.

Type "Subject of Ticket"

Enter in detailed information about your issue

Include the follwoing Your Name\ Your Chapter\ Your Initiation Date\ Your School\ Your contact information"
