Create a Video Remote Interpreting Booking

Navigate to [https://portal-uk.wordsynk.com](https://wa-qa-ws-web.azurewebsites.net/bookings)

Click "Create Master Booking"

Start typing the Business Unit (Court) you wish to create the booking under.

If the Business Unit does not appear you may not have access to it. Please contact thebigword Customer Services team at [MoJInterpreting@thebigword.com](mailto:MoJInterpreting@thebigword.com) to configure your access accordingly.

Click on the Business Unit (Court) you want to select.

Click the "Requested By" field.

Select the user who is requesting this booking to be created, if you are creating a booking on behalf of someone else. Otherwise, please select your name.

Click "Create Booking"

Click the "Select service type" field.

Click "Video Remote Interpreting"

Click the "Select Appointment" field.

Select the appropriate Appointment Type

Click the "To Language" field and start typing the language you require for this booking.

Select the language.

Click the "Video Platform link" field.

Provide the link the interpreter will need to use to join the meeting.

Click the "Passcode" field and provide the passcode the interpreter will need to use to access the meeting (if required).

Click "Add Appointment"

Select the date(s) of the appointment

Select the start time in hours and minutes.

Select the end time in hours and minutes.

Click "Add Appointment"

Click the "Select Contact" field and select the onsite contact.

Enter any mandatory reference details.

Click "Save Booking"

Click "View Booking"
