Create a copy of a Global Business Analytic Dashboard in Jaggaer and modify or add filters.

Click "Reporting"

Hover over "Operational and Site Usage Reports"

Click "Business Analytics Dashboards"

You will land on a Global Dashboard

Click Folder Icon

Click Shared Folder. You should have one Shared folder in your Analytics for your Organization. Click the folder.

Click the ellipsis next to the Dashboard you would like to copy.

Click "Make a copy"

Scroll down you will see a message letting you know you are copying the Dashboard.

Click back out of the Shared Organization Folder

Click back to close the Shared Folder

Click "My Folder" or Group Folder

Scroll down and you can now Click "Copy Here"

Click "Personal" you may notice that you do not see the new Dashboard yet

Usually if you navigate to a different folder and come back to your Personal folder you will see the Dashboard you copied to your Personal Folder.

Now you can see I have a new P2P Summary Dashboard in my Personal Folder.

You have the ability to make another copy or to Move it to your Group folder so other People with Business Analytics have access to view this new Dashboard. Click "Move to"

Click the back Icon

Click "Group" folder

Scroll down and Click "Move Here"

A message will appear letting you know it was moved.

Now in your group folder Select the copy of the dashboard you just created .

Click the Folder icon to close this side bar

It might take a few minutes for the Dashboard to load.

Click the ellipsis at the top right of the Dashboard

Click "Edit dashboard"

Rename the Dashboard to distinguish from the Global P2P Summary Dashboard.

You can add filters or modify filters to remain by Clicking "Filters"

Click "Add Filter"

Search for the filter you would like to add.

Click the "any value" field. to select a value to lock into the filter if you would like. or leave it so users can choose to enter in the value to filter by.

You can choose what tiles the filter should update Click "Tiles To Update"

Review all tiles that will be updated by the Filter you have added.

You can select Do not Filter if you don't want a tile to filter by this Value.

Once you are done setting up the filter you Click "Add"

You will see the filter you created.

To Delete the filter click the ellipsis on the filter you would like then Click "Delete"

Click "Save"

Click "Edit dashboard"

Continue modifying all Filters you wish to change or update.

Click "Edit"

Select the value you would like to lock in place

Click "Additional options" and select any of these if you wish.

Click "Update"

Notice this Filter value is Locked in place.

Click Refresh button.

Notice the Tiles have been updated with the new filter value.

Click "Save"
