Create a crew

In order to use the calendar feature you must first create a crew. A crew can also be added to routes.

Ext-Tech

Navigate to "Configuration" settings

Click "Crews"

Click "Create"

Click the "Name of crew" field and type in the name of the crew

Click "Pick a colour" - this will help distinguish between different elements on the calendar

Click "Ok"

Click "Save"

Click "Add"

Choose all of the people you would like in the crew. If a manager or supervisor needs access to this information they should also be added to the crew.

Once done, click "Add Selected Members"

You will see everyone you chose appear under the "add" button. This automatically saves (you will see the save button is greyed out and unable to click on it). If you change the name of the crew, the colour, or the description you would need to save at that time. After making a change, the save button would become active.
