User permissions required: Organisation admin, evaluation admin

Select the evaluation which you would like to create dashboards for

Click the cog icon - "Evaluation Setup"

Click "Setup Evaluation"

Click "Dashboards"

Click the "Add New:" field and name your dashboard

Click "Add"

Click on the dashboard

Drag and drop schools/participants from "Excluded Participants" to "Included Participants". Changes are saved automatically.

To add a Dashboard Admin, Dashboard Contributor or Dashboard Reviewer, enter their email into the "Email" field.

Select the permission that you would like the user to have.

Click "Add User"

If you would like schools/participants to see the average scores for their dashboard, click the slider so that it changes from grey to green.
