Create a loyalty point rule for a follow on X

From the Loyalty menu click "Points"

You will then click "Create" in the earn points section

Click "Follow on X"

Enter your X username

Choose how many points you want to award for a follow on X

If you are on a Pro, Scale or Custom plan you can then toggle on Customer Eligibility and select which tier of customers are eligible to earn this points reward.

Finally click on the "Create" button and this action will be added to your list of points earning actions.
