Create a protocol and add a first visit

Create a protocol

When you're logged in to Hyggio, click "Trials" in left side menu

Choose a trial

Click "Protocol"

Click "Add new protocol"

Enter protocol version name

Click "Save"

Add a visit

To add a visit to the protocol, click 3 dots menu

Click "Add visit"

Enter visit name

Choose a visit type

Choose the time tolerance: mirror or static

and choose amount of days or week (in this case from the first visit date)

Click "Save"

To add next visits, click 3 dots menu close to the visit name

Click "Add visit before" or "Add visit after"

Mark procedures

Mark which procedures should take place during the visit by ticking the chechbox close to name of a procedure

If a given procedure is an additional one - tick the dollar symbol. In this case, the person introducing the visit will each time have the option to mark whether a given procedure has taken place. Only after this is selected - the system will calculate the amount due.

If you have multiple visits, you can mark or unmark a given procedure. Click a 3 dots menu close to the procedure name

Click "Mark all"

To mark a procedure as additional one in all visits, click 3 dots menu

Click "Mark all" with the dollar icon

Add an arm

To add an arm, click 3 dots menu close to the visit you want to add arm after

Click "Add arm"

Enter name of the arm

Click "Save"

You will now see "bubbles" with different arms: main one and the one you have just created

To add a visit to the new arm click 3 dots menu

Click "Add visit" and continue as with visits in the main arm
