Create a referral fixed amount discount reward

Tip! The same process is followed for creating rewards for both the referring and the referred customer.

Click "Referrals" from the Loyalty menu

Click "Add reward"

Choose "Amount discount"

Choose the amount of discount you want to give to reward a referral.

Then choose if this reward can be used against the whole order or a specific collection of products.

You can then chooses if there is a minimum purchase requirement to redeem the reward.

You have the option to add a prefix code to the discount coupon that is created, this can be used for analysis when reviewing the use of discount coupons.

By toggling on "Reward expiry" you can choose how long the reward is valid for before it expires. In addition you can configure how far in advance you want a reminder to be sent to the customer, that the reward will expire.

Finally click on the "Create" button and this action will be added to your list of points earning actions.
