Create a report

This step-by-step guide explains how to create a Report on The PE Hub platform. It covers adding a new report, applying filters, viewing averages and change scores, exporting the report, and accessing further insights.

Click "Reports"

Click "Add New"

Type in a name for your report; here we've used "Year 5 Report"

Click "Get Started"

Select any filters you wish to apply to the report

Her you can see we want to see the gender and any tags of the pupils

Now select "Assessments". You can then choose any existing assessment during the next step. If you don't have any assessment data, you can see how to start assessing your pupils [here.](https://scribehow.com/shared/Creating_Assessments__7mr-P23_T-qPdxFOvsBZaQ)

Click "Assessment Filter"

Choose the assessment or multiple assessments you wish to see results for

You can now see the averages and change scores for the pupils you have filtered for

Click "Export Report" to see your results in Excel

View further insights into your pupils data on your new Excel document.
