This one's all about Klaviyo. So let's start by heading there.

Navigate to <https://www.klaviyo.com/lists>\ \ Click on the 'Create New' dropdown and choose the 'Create Segment' option.

Click the Name text field and give your segment a name.\ \ We suggest having a standard naming convention to easily search and filter your lists or segments.

Add your first segment definition: 'What someone has done (or not done)'.

Now chose the "tb_message_delivered" parameter.\ \ You can keep the frequency and time periods open-ended or set your required range.

Next, click the 'Create Segment' button.

Next, click the 'Create Segment' button.

And, you're done! You can now see and use your new Segment.
