Create an AI Note Template Using Chartnote Doc Wizard

This guide provides a step-by-step process for creating a customized AI Note Template using the Chartnote Doc Wizard.

Navigate to your AI Note Template Library.

Click "Create new template".

Click "Chartnote Doc Wizard"

You will be redirected to Chartnote Doc Wizard, where you will need an account with Chat GBT to have access.

Click "What is your specialty?"

Type your specialty (Ex: "family medicine"). Hit [[Enter]]

Drag a PDF Sample Note or click this icon to add it.

Once the note is uploaded, click on this icon.

Chartnote Doc Wizard will generate your template instructions. You will see Custom Note Instructions, along with instructions for each of the sections.

Select and copy the instructions for "Custom Note Instructions".

On Chartnote, select the box for "Custom Note Instructions".

Paste the Custom Note Instructions from Chartnote Doc Wizard here.

Click "Add note section" to add new sections.

Add a title to your section and click here to add section instructions.

Continue copying and pasting the instructions for each section.

Paste the instructions.

Tip! If you need to correct formatting, we suggest you use Text Edit App. You will paste the instructions in Text Edit first to correct the formatting. Then, copy paste it into the section instructions.

Add a title to your template.

Click "Save template" once it is ready.

If you need to edit any instructions, you can ask Chartnote Doc Wizard to make those edits.
