Create an Agent Onboarding Task Project

Need Admin + Configuration permission to complete the process below.
Create a Task Project

From the Dashboard page, click the "Gear" icon in the upper right corner.

Click "Project"

Click "Add Project"

Enter the name of the project.

Select "Agent" for the project association.

Enter the project description.

Click "Add"
Add Tasks to the Project

Click "Manage Tasks.

Click "Add Task"

Select the category for the task.

Select the workflow for the task.

Enter the name of task in summary section.

Enter the description of the task.

Click "Add"
Delete a Task from the Project

Click "Delete Project".

Click "Ok"
Set a task to be dependent on the completion of another task

Click "Edit Task".

Under Condition, select "Until Target Task Completed".

Select which task to be dependent on.

Click "Update"
Set which Project to Auto Trigger
Only one agent onboarding project can automatically trigger upon the entry of a new agent. If you have multiple variations of agent onboarding projects, it is recommended to set one to auto-trigger and select from the agent tasks which one to use.

Click "Settings"

Select the project to set for auto trigger.

Click "Update"
Test Task Project

Click your logo on the top of the site to link back to main interface.

Navigate to the active agent list.

Click "Edit Details" on the agent you want to trigger the test project for.

At the end of the URL => Add \[ /agent-onboarding \] and press enter. Then click back on your browser.

Click "Projects"

Filter for the newest date.

Verify you see your project created with test agent.

Click into the "Action" button.

Review the task triggered.
