Create an amount based loyalty reward for subscriptions

This reward type will only be available if you have your Recharge account connected to Upzelo.

From the Loyalty menu click "Points"

Click create under the "Redeem points" section

Choose "Amount discount" from the Subscription options

Choose if this is a reward that is for a fixed amount of points or increments of points. For example 1000 points for $10 off your order or $10 off for every 1000 points redeemed.

Now choose how many many points need to be redeemed to receive the reward.

If you are on a Pro, Scale or Custom plan you can then toggle on Customer Eligibility and select which tier of customers are eligible to earn this points reward.

Select wether the reward should be for one order, for all orders moving forwards or repeating for a fixed number of future orders.

Finally click on the "Create" button and this action will be added to your list of points earning actions.
