Create an invoice in Assembly (formerly Copilot) after form response is submitted

Make
As of September 30, 2025, we’ve rebranded to Assembly. The steps below remain the same. When searching in Make, look for Assembly (formerly Copilot) and this logo.

Create a new scenario in Make

Click the + button to add a trigger. Search for and select "Copilot"

Click "Watch Completed Forms"

Click "Add"

Name your webhook and open the dropdown

Select the form you want to use for this trigger

Click "Save"

Click "Copy address to clipboard"

Click "Save"

In a new tab go to the Copilot Dashboard

Click "Settings"

Click "New webhook"

Label the webhook and paste the webhook URL from Make into the Endpoint URL field

Click the "Events to send" field.

Click "form_response.completed"

Click "Confirm" and go back to Make

Now it's time to test the trigger by submitting the form as your test client. Right-click here and click "Run this module only"

In your Copilot Dashboard, assign the form for this trigger to your test client

Back in Make, you should see that the trigger ran successfully
