Create and Complete Task Template in CleanClaims Platform

Navigate to your project in https://app.cleanclaims.com

Once in your project, you can add project specific tasks and assign to any of your resources. To do so, please follow the steps below

Click "Project Actions"

Click "Tasks".
Create a Task Template

To add a task, or create a new Templated Task, Click "Add task"

Click the dropdown on "Select Template or Create New"

Click "Create New Template"

Give the Task a Name & Description

Assign a priority for the template (Keep in mind, when you select this as a task, you can adjust the priority and interval at any time)

See the priority list and select one.

Assign a preferred Interval

Click "Save as Template"
Tip! Once the template is created, you can then add the task by selecting the template
Add a Project Task

Click "Add task"

Select the preferred project task from the task list, or if needed you can create an additional template following the steps above

Once your task is selected, you can edit/add any of the fields.

Assign any user to the task you want completed

Click "Save"
Task Actions

You can take or add any uploaded images/files to the task by clicking the "Photo" icon here.

Use the Quick Picture feature or Upload pictures to add an image.

Click this icon to close the media manager

You can add and view notes associated to the task. Click "Note"

Click the "Enter your comment" field and add a comment.

Click "Submit" to add your comment

You will see a running log of your comments here.

Click this icon to close the Comments modal.

To make any edits to the task, as an Admin you can Click "edit"

Adjust any of the fields, then Click "Save"

Once the task has been completed, a user can Click "Mark complete". It will give a timestamp and log who has marked it as complete.
