Create and Edit Email Signatures in Outlook

Login to your Outlook Email: [https://outlook.office.com](https://outlook.office.com/mail/0/?deeplink=mail%2F0%2F%3Fnlp%3D0)

Click the Settings "gear" Icon.

Click "Account"

Click "Signatures"

Click the "Edit signature name" field.

Type "NPC"

Click "Signature"

Copy and paste your signature here. To paste, press [[cmd]] + [[v]]

Edit your signature to reflect your name/title/phone number.

Click **"Save"** once it displays how you would like.

It should default to "NPC" in these drop-downs, but if not select the "NPC" option.

Click **"Save"**.

Click "New mail"

Your signature should appear now in new emails.
