Create and Organize Panopto Video Content within Folders

Tip! Folders can assist you with organizing content across sections/courses and keep your content organized within Panopto so that it is easy to locate.

Navigate to Panopto via Blackboard Ultra or SSO (see tutorial if needed).

Click "Add folder"

Type "Lectures" (or any other label for a folder you want to create and hit the [[Enter ]]key.

You will now see the new folder (under your current location). Click "Add folder" if you would like to add another.

You will now see that there is a wide range of folders to organize content into. Click the "three dots" icon.

Click "Move"

Click the "Drop-down menu" field.

Click "My folder" under "All folders" (**NOT** under Quick Access).

Click "Your Course" or the location where you created the folders to expand and show the folders you created (if you created a central folder outside of your course/s).

Click "Lectures" to move the video to your newly created folder.

Click "OK"

Tip! Do not forget to review permissions (see resource) to ensure your video/folder can be viewed by those you would like to review it.
