Create candidate manually with potential duplicate identification

This guide is essential for anyone involved in candidate management, as it provides a step-by-step process for manually creating candidate records while ensuring potential duplicates are identified. By following these instructions, users can efficiently verify existing records, compare data, and make informed decisions about new entries.

Functionality is available only from Organizational level

Create candidate manually

Open candidates' list

Click "Add candidate" button

The modal window to add new candidate's record appears. To create candidate fill all information needed

Potential duplicate identification

When you fill in all required fields and click "Save" system will at first verify if there are already existing records with provided data.

If personal data will match with already exisitng record, in next step (after clicking Save) system will list potential duplicates. Details, which match, are highlighted.\ System verifies by: - name and surname - phone number - e-mail address - date of birth At this stage you can decide whether candidate, which you want to create, already exists or it is a new one by comparing data between new candidate and potential duplicates.

If you want to correct data for candidate, which you want to create, click on pencil icon. The system moves you to previous stage

If you want to check details about exisiting record or you already now that this is profile of person, which you want to create, you can open profile by clicking this icon and proceed further activities on already exisitng record.

If you confirmed that identified potential duplicates are different people, you can proceed creating new patient by clicking "Save"

New candidate card will be created and right after you can decide whether to open newly created card or to go back to previous view
