Create clients in Assembly (formerly Copilot) from new Jotform submissions

As of September 30, 2025, we’ve rebranded to Assembly. The steps below remain the same. When searching in Make, look for Assembly (formerly Copilot) and this logo.

Create a new scenario in Make

Click the + button to add a trigger. Search for and select "Jotform"

Click "Watch for Submissions"

Click "Create a webhook" or "Add"

Click "Create a connection" if no connection to Jotform has been set in Make

Go to [jotform.com](http://jotform.com) and log in

Click your avatar in the top-right

Click "Settings"

Click "API"

Click "Create New Key"

Click this dropdown and set to "Full Access"

Copy the API key

Back in Make, click the "API Key" field and paste the Jotform API key

Click "Save"

Click the dropdown

Select the form you'd like to use to create clients in Copilot.
The Jotform must have the required fields to create a client: first name, last name, and email

Click "Save"

Add a new module and search for “Copilot”

Click "Create a Client"

Click the field in your Jotform used to collect the client's first name

Click "OK"
Your existing custom fields will be shown in the Create Client module from Copilot. If your form has fields that match your custom fields, you can also map this data to the module
