Create default folders and files from Dropbox in Assembly (formerly Copilot) when a client is created

As of September 30, 2025, we’ve rebranded to Assembly. The steps below remain the same. When searching in Make, look for Assembly (formerly Copilot) and this logo.

Create a new scenario in your [Make.com](http://Make.com) account

Search for and select the Copilot app

Click "Watch Created Clients"

Click "Add". If you don't have any existing webhooks, click "Create"

Name your webhook and click "Save"

Click "Copy address to clipboard"

In a new tab, navigate to [https://dashboard.copilot.com/](https://dashboard.copilot.com/)

Click "Settings"

Click "API"

Click "New webhook"

Label the webhook and paste the webhook URL from Make into the Endpoint URL field

Click the "Events to send" field.

Click this checkbox.

Back in Make, click "OK" to finish setting up the trigger
