Create default folders and files from Google Drive in Assembly (formerly Copilot) when a company is created

Make
As of September 30, 2025, we’ve rebranded to Assembly. The steps below remain the same. When searching in Make, look for Assembly (formerly Copilot) and this logo.

Create a new scenario in Make

Click the + button to add a trigger. Search for and select "Copilot"

Click "Watch Created Companies"

Click "Create a webhook" or "Add"

Label the webhook in Make

Click "Save"

Click "Copy address to clipboard"

In a new tab go to the Copilot Dashboard

Click "Settings"

Click "New webhook"

Label the webhook and paste the webhook URL from Make into the Endpoint URL field

Click the "Events to send" field.

Click "company.created"

Click "Confirm"

Back in Make, click "OK" to finish setting up the trigger

Add a new module and select “Copilot”

Click "List File Channels"
