Create loyalty point rule to celebrate a birthday

From the Loyalty menu click "Points"

You will then click "Create" in the earn points section

Click "Celebrate a birthday". This action is only available for customers who have submitted their birthday.

Choose the number of points you want to award your customer on their birthday.

If you are on a Pro, Scale or Custom plan you can then toggle on Customer Eligibility and select which tier of customers are eligible to earn this points reward.

Finally click on the "Create" button and this action will be added to your list of points earning actions.
