Create loyalty point rule for placing an order

From the Loyalty menu click "Points"

You will then click "Create" in the earn points section

Click "Place an order"

Click this dropdown, to choose if you want the reward to be a fixed amount of points or increments of points relative to spend.

You can the choose how many points are to be awarded for this action. In addition, you can toggle and select a limit for the number of times a customer can earn points for this action. This is not recommended for the "Place an Order" action.

If you are on a Pro, Scale or Custom plan you can then toggle on Customer Eligibility and select which tier of customers are eligible to earn this points reward.

Finally click on the "Create" button and this action will be added to your list of points earning actions.
