As of September 30, 2025, we’ve rebranded to Assembly. The steps below remain the same. When searching in Zapier, look for Assembly (formerly Copilot) and this logo.

Navigate to your Zapier account and create a new Zap

Click "Trigger"

Type "Copilot"

Click "Copilot"

Click the "*EventRequired" field.

Type "file"

Click "File Created"

Choose or connect your Copilot account

Test the trigger

The next Action modal will appear. Type "onedrive"

Click "OneDrive"

Click the "*EventRequired" field.

Click "Upload File"

Choose or connect your OneDrive for Business account.
Zapier only supports OneDrive for Business accounts. Personal OneDrive accounts are not supported.

Click continue and test the automation. You should see the sample file in your OneDrive Documents folder.
