How to Create/edit Segments - Enbridge EN

This guide shows you how to create and edit segments tailored to specific criteria. This allows you to customize your lists, making it easier to target communications effectively.

Click "Segments"

Click "Create/Edit Segments"

Click "Add Condition"

Choose the condition type you want and then click "Add"

You can continue to add multiple conditions. You can also toggle between "AND" and "OR"

Once you have added your conditions, click "Generate List"

You can then add the contacts to an existing list, or add them to a new list.

Now you can save your segment by giving the segment a name and clicking "Save".

On the Run/View Segement page, you can run the segment by clicking on the "Run Segment" button. This will create a segmented list that you can re-run as often as needed.

You can find your segmented list on the "My Lists" page.
