Creating/Dispensing Infusion Queue in Pulse

Navigate to Infusion Que from Infusion Tab

Click "Create a New Queue"

Search for Patient with Name or MRN #

Click on the Patient Name to Select

Change Date to the Patients Appointment Date

Click "Done with Patient Editing"

Click "Change" to update patient weight

Add Patient Weight

Click "Lbs"

Click "Save"

Click the "Search drug by name, manufacturer code, NDC, or etc." field, and type at least 3 letters of the med you're searching for

Click to select your medication

Adjust the quantity being dispensed as needed

Click "Add to Infusion Queue"

Click "Approve"

Select the Supervising MD for the day

Click "Approve"

Click "Mix & Label"

Confirm correct weight and click confirm

Click the "Search drug by name, manufacturer code, NDC, or etc." field, and then scan the barcodes for your meds

Click "Label", New tab will appear with Label and Print

Click "Verify"

Click "Verify"

Click "Dispense"

Click "Dispense"
