Creating A Lease Opportunity Online (without Quote)

Skylightlending

Log into Skylight Lending portal via <https://installer.skylightlending.com/login>

Navigate to "All Leases" Page

Click "Create Opportunity"

Click the "Project Address" field.

Enter Customer Address

Click pre-populated address

Click "Primary residence"

Click "Continue"

Ensure red pin is located over correct home

Verify Property - Be sure to chose property that states "Type: SFR" for single family residence.

If contact does not match current owner, click "Or add a new contact"

Enter new contact along with Email Addres and Phone number, Confirm contact is title holder, Click "Save & Continue"

Click "Complete the Pre-Qualification On-Screen" or "Send Prequalification Email".

You may only use Pre-Qualification On-Screen if customer is physically in person and available to manually enter their Date of Birth and SSN as well as acknowledge all Terms and Conditions and personally click "Submit" consenting to credit pull.\ \ If customer is not physically with you to complete the above, you must use "Send Prequalification Mail"

Enter customer Date of Birth and SSN

Select Direct Ownership or Trust Ownership

Verify Customer lives at project address

Enter Annual Income

Select Employment Type

Agree to Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Electronic Communication Policy, Click Submit

Confirm applicant information is correct, Click "Continue"

If Pre-Qualification is Approved, click "Continue"
