Click "Create"

Click "Job"

Select Client Name
Job Title

Click the "Title" field add "Snow Removal"

Click "Recurring Job"
Job Scheduling

Set the start date of the season

Select the "As needed - we won't prompt you" option due to the infrequent or unpredictable visit schedules

Click on the duration field and set the job for the length of time it is needed
Visit Assignment

Team assignment will not be possible on the job because there are no visits being set from the job. Visits can be assigned when they are set
Invoicing Settings

Click "Per visit" if pricing is per visit

Select the "Custom schedule..." for billing to set the date for billing prior to the end of the month. This allows you to batch invoice when you are ready.

De-select "Last Day"

Click "25" to set up the invoice reminders to generate on the 25th of each month

review billing dates and number of invoice reminders that will be generated
Setting Line Items

Click the "Name" field in line item and choose snow removal from the list of products or services

Click the "Description" field if you would like to add a description

Click the "Total" field to add the per occurrence price
Saving the Job

Click "Save Job" or save and create another if you are setting up more than one job with identical settings.
