Creating Custom Forms
1
To create a custom collection, head to 'Custom Forms' at the bottom of the sidebar. You will then have the option to 'Create Collection' or 'Create From Template'. Here, we will create a new collection.
2
First, you will need to choose a **Target** to attach the custom collection to. This is where the Custom Form is triggered. You will see the option to attach to: - Anything - Customers - Job Completion - Skipped Job - Account Users - Timers - Quotes - Job Occurrences
3
Just below, you can enter the **Collection Title** which is just what you want this collection to be called.
4
Finally, underneath, you can enter a **Description** for this collection before clicking 'SAVE'.
5
Now, we will need to create the field/s within the collection. Click 'Create Field' to do this. You will also see the option to 'Clone Existing Field'.
6
Click the **Type** field to choose your field type. You will be able to choose from: - Checklist Item - Text Field - Signature - Attached File or Image - Linked - Number - Select
7
Next, enter the name of this field into the **Name** field.
8
You can also add any further details or instructions in the **Instructions** field below.
9
You can use the **Additional notes** drop down to decide whether additional notes on this field will be optional, required when the field is empty/false, or always required.
10
At the bottom, you will see two further settings toggles for these fields: - Allow this field to be skipped - Field is active (show on forms)
11
If this is not the first form of the collection, you will see the option to make this a **Conditional Field**. If you want this to be conditional, simply enable the 'Only show this field when the previous field matches' toggle is enabled.
12
Under **Additional Settings**, you will see the option to: - Remove Notes Field - Show field title tag in planner - Show field type tag in planner
13
Finally, click 'SAVE' to save the field.

At any point, you can click into a Custom Collection to edit or delete it.
15
Once in the Collection, you can click the top right three dots and will see the option to 'Edit'. Here, you can make any text changes to the name/description of the collection. Click 'SAVE' to save any changes, or 'CANCEL' to disregard them.
16
You can also click into the individual fields if you want to edit these too. Make any changes you need and click 'SAVE'. Alternatively, click 'DELETE' to delete the field, and confirm this via the prompt.
17
To remove the full collection, click the top right three dots and click 'Archive'. You will need to confirm this via the prompt.
