Creating Custom Searches

This guide will show you how to make a search filter for your invoices, PO's or requisitions, You can use the filters to create custom searches with many different criteria using the gear and filters.

Sciquest

Navigate to [ProConnect](https://solutions.sciquest.com/apps/Router/ShoppingDashboardUserDetails?tmstmp=1764578028124)

Click on "Orders"

Click "My Orders"

Click on the document you want to search. This guide will search "My Invoices"

Click here to change the search time frame

Create the time frame to search

Click "Apply"

Click the gear to "Configure Columns" - choose additional or remove columns of data and reorder them

On the left - search for and add addtional columns

Check the column to add

On the right, drag and drop to reorder the columns

Removing a column is done by clicking the trashcan on the right

Click "Apply"

Click "Add Filter" to add filters to sort

Click "Save As"

Click the "Nickname" field.

Type in the name of the Report

If there is already not a personal folder created, create one by clicking "Add New". If there is a personal folder created, skip to step 22

Click "Top level personal folder"

Click the "Name" field and enter the name of the Folder

Click "Save Changes"

Click "My Invoice Searches" to add the search to the folder

Click "Save Changes"

Click "Save"

Tip! These types of reports can be made for most types of documents like PO's, receipts, etc.

To find your custom search: Go to Orders - My Orders - My Invoices

Click "My Searches"

Click the folder or search name to execute the report
