Navigate to [https://www.irvingisd.net/Page/6087](https://www.irvingisd.net/Page/6087)

Click "Size, Resolution, and Template"

Click "Canva templates"

Click "Use template for new design"

Scroll to your campus templates

Click on text boxes to edit the existing text. Feel free to get creative if you like, this template is just a starting point. Best practice is to keep English on the right and Spanish on the right when space allows. Be sure to include dates and times if relevant.

Change the font size to fit your needs or expand the text boxes.

Do the same for the spanish translation.

Delete the other campus templates so you have a cleaner work space. You will only need to do this once, after your first template is created. Going forward, use the same canva file so you can skip the preview steps.

Select all the first page you do not need. Click "Shift" and scroll to the last page you do not need.

While still holding "Shift", click on the last page.

Click on the three dots

Click "Delete ### pages" to mass delete.

To export your finished graphic, click on "Share"

Click "Download"

Click the drop down button to select the pages you want to export.

Deselect all pages if you do not want all the images,

Click on the page(s) you would like to export.
