Creating a Bloomsbury Football Account

Go to [www.bloomsburyfootball.com](http://www.bloomsburyfootball.com) and click the "Register" button in the top right hand corner.

Click the fields on the page and enter your details by typing.

Complete the 'Borough/County' field by selecting one of the options from the dropdown list.

Complete the 'Postcode' and 'Mobile Number' fields by using your keyboard. Ensure there is a space between both parts of the postcode.

Select an option from the 'How did you hear about us?' field by selecting an option from the drop down list.

Enter your email address. Please select an email address that you have access to - this is how we will send you information about your account and any purchases you make.

Type a new 'Password' in the field and repeat it in the 'Confirm Password' field.

If you are a UK tax payer, consider adding Gift Aid to your donation.

Check the tick box and click the 'Next Section' button.\ \ If you are unable to proceed, look for any red text on the webpage - this indicates whether you have not answered a required field.

Begin to fill in your player's details in the Player Details form.

Enter the player's Date of Birth by using the keyboard, or clicking the Calendar icon.

Choose your relationship to the player from the drop down list.

Select the player's gender.

Select the player's ethnicity from the drop down list. This is to allow Bloomsbury Football to collect data about the players we work with and will remain anonymous.

Select if the player has a disability. If yes, provide additional details in the field below.

Select if the player has any medical requirements. If yes, provide additional details in the box below.

Select if the player has any allergies. If yes, provide additional details in the box below.

Enter the player's address details. If the player resides at the same address as the parent, click the 'Same as parent' checkbox to copy the details.

Select an answer to the statement 'I give permission for my player to leave sessions by themselves.' If you click yes, Bloomsbury Football coaches will allow the player to leave any of our sessions without waiting for an adult to collect them.

Select an answer to the photo consent question by selecting one of the buttons.

If you have more than one player that will be playing with Bloomsbury Football, click the 'Add another player' field and fill in their details as per above.\ \ This can always be done at a later stage once your account has been created.

Once complete, click the gold 'Next Section' button.\ \ If you are unable to proceed, look for any red text on the webpage - this indicates whether you have not answered a required field.

Answer the question 'Do you require financial assistance?' by selecting the 'Yes' or 'No' button.

Select the 'I am not a robot' button and complete the reCAPTCHA, if needed.

Click "Register". \ \ It may take up to 30 seconds for the process to complete. Do not refresh the page or click the back button.\ \ If you answered 'Yes' to 'Do you require financial assistance?', you will be asked a few more questions about your household income. Complete those questions to apply for financial assistance.
