**Fee Revenue**\ Start by creating a revenue budget by allocating hours to each position. This will give you the total fee revenue.

**Remove Empty**\ Click **Remove Empty** to show only activities with allocated time. This will block time reporting on other codes.

**Purchase Budget**\ *Estimated Cost* is our purchase price, *Estimated Price* is what the client pays. Enter cost and markup %, and RR calculates the other.

**Probability**\ Once the budget is complete, set the probability by clicking the pencil icon in the upper right corner and selecting *Probability*.

**Probability in the Probability Box**\ 100% = Approved by the client. Note: Probability can be changed from *Offer* to *Approved*. The steps below can be used as a guideline:

**Quoted Amount**\ Once ready, enter the same number in *Quoted Amount* as shown below total estimated value.\ You can also combine Fees and Purchases in *Total* – either way works.\ The estimated value is the total of estimated purchases and hours.

**Ongoing**\ The *Quoted Amount* from step 4 is linked to the *Ongoing* overview. **Check 1:**\ When the amount in the *Expenses* column matches the *Left* column, the entire revenue has been allocated. **Check 2:**\ The *Invoices* column only shows amounts once an invoice has been sent. If empty, no invoice has been issued.
