Creating a Campaign Trigger

Navigate to [https://app.tallbob.com/distribution/smstriggers](https://app.tallbob.com/distribution/smstriggers)

To create and manage your triggers, you would need to have a longcode assigned to your account. You can contact [support@tallbob.com](mailto:support@tallbob.com) to get a longcode assigned.

Click on the 'Create New Trigger' button

The first step is to select the Trigger type. There are four option to choose from: 1. Campaign Trigger: This sends a response to messages that match a keyword. 2. Campaign Trigger - Catch All: This sends a response to all messages. 3. Opt-out Trigger: This opts out anyone who repiles with a matching keyword. 4. Opt-out Trigger - Catch All: This opts out anyone who replies.

Once the trigger type is selected, click the 'Create' button

Select the longcode you would want to map with the trigger

Provide the required keywords in the Keywords(s) - Exact Match or Keyword(s) - Message Contains fields depending on your requirement, then click 'Next'

The next step is optional and will allow you to choose a landing page or video. You can skip this step if you don't want your triggered response to have a landing page.

Create your reply message then click the 'Save' button. Give your trigger a name and click 'Save' to finalise.

If you chose a landing page in your triggered campaign, please make sure you clicked on the 'Insert Page URL' icon to include the link in the message.

Provide a name for the New Trigger that's been created and click on the 'Save Button'
