Creating and Submitting Completion Report

Sitecapture
If system was installed differently than designed, you will need to submit both an "As-Built" Design and Planset. If you fail to update these two items, your submittal will be rejected.

Log into Site Capture and navigate to home screen

Click "Skylight Lending"

Click "+ Work" button in upper-left corner

Select the "Completion Reports" option.

Click "Create"

Select Mounting Type

Enter Customer Name as appears in Installer Portal

Enter Property Address and City, State, Zip as appears in Installer Portal

Using "System Photo Guide", submit installation photos as required. *Remember to add arrays as needed*

Click "Reports" button

Select "Full Photo and Data" report and "All" photos. Click "Get Report"

Click the Download button in your browser

Click "Save"

Within the Account Details page of opportunity, click "Upload your Milestone (M2) Documents"

Click "M2 Photo Documentation of the System/Site Capture"

Click "Upload Documents"

Select File, Click "Add File"
