Creating a Custom Filter to View Events by Campus

Click "STAFF"

Click "District Forms"

Click "Facilities Use Request"

Click "Event Manager Website"

Click "Events List"

Click "Location"

Click "add Add Location"

Click the "Start typing Location Name to search Location Path" field and enter your campus code or you can scroll through all of the sites

Type "nssh [[enter]]"

Click "Select 34 / 34" Be sure to click on "Select 34/34" so that all locations at your campus are selected

Click "SAVE"

Click "Date Range"

You can set your date range however you like

For this example, I chose the past 30 days and the next 500

Click "Site"

Click here and be sure that "Galena Park ISD" and "Community Site" are both selected so that internal & external events filter

Click "Status"

You can select the status of events for the filter

Click "APPLY" once all of your filter choices are made

Click "Quick Filter" to save the selections

Click "Add Filter"

Give your custom filter a name

You can set your custom filter to "Default" by clicking this box

Click "SAVE"

Your saved filter will now show up under "Quick Filter"
