Creating a Custom Review

This guide provides a step-by-step process for creating custom reviews, allowing educators to tailor assessments to their students' needs and it covers both automatic and manual question selection, ensuring flexibility in review creation.

Navigate to "**Reviews**"

Select "**Custom Reviews**" at the top, then select "**New**"

Type the name of the "**Custom Review**" and the year level, you can also choose whether or not questions are randomised by selecting "**Randomise Questions**"\ \ After that choose either to "**Select questions automatically or manually**"

The next step below is if you chose "**Select questions automatically**", scroll down past that section if you chose "**Select questions manually**"

Enter in the amount of test questions for your "**Custom Review**", and then select all sub-strands within domains you would like to include in your review as well\ \ After that, click "**Select**"

At the top, you will see "**Selected Question(s)**" with the amount you chose\ \ Scroll all the way to the bottom, and select "**Create**" once you have reviewed the questions within your "**Custom Review**"

While reviewing the questions, you can select the "**Preview**" button in the top-right of the question to have a view of them

Navigate to "**Reviews"** > **"Custom Reviews**" you should see your review, select it to highlight it then click "**Assign**"

Open up the dropdown to the class of your choice and select the students you would like to include in the "**Custom Review**"\ \ After selecting the students of your choice, in the bottom-right click "**Save**" then confirm your choice by selecting "**Yes**"

Click "**Select questions manually**"

Select all the questions to be included in the "**Custom Review**", you can also switch between "**Learning area**", the "**Strands**" and their "**Sub**-**strands**" and add questions from each area\ \ After that, proceed to click "**Select**" in the bottom-right after all changes are correct

Scroll down and review all your questions to be added into your "**Custom Review**" then select "**Save**" at the bottom of the page

While reviewing the questions, you can select the "**Preview**" button to have a view of them

Navigate to "**Reviews"** > **"Custom Reviews**" you should see your review, proceed to **click & select** it to highlight it then click "**Assign**"
