Creating a Delivery Checklist

Learn how to create custom delivery checklists to streamline your operations and ensure consistent data collection. This guide walks you through the step-by-step process of defining checklist items and configuring selectable options for your drivers.

From inside your portal, click on the **Settings** icon to access the settings page.

Under the **"Shipping"** category, click on **"Delivery Checklists."**

Click **"Create Checklist".**

Checklist Configuration

Enter checklist Name.

Enter checklist Description.

Item Definition

Click "Add Item"

**Note:** A checklist can include one or more items.

Enter question or instruction for checklist item

**Item Requirement**\ Use this option to define whether the item must be completed or can be skipped: - Enable it to make the item **required (must be completed by the driver)** - Keep it disabled to make the item **optional (can be skipped by driver)**

Add options to the item and configure the value of each option.

Define how the driver selects options for each item: **→Optional selection:** the driver can skip the item without selecting any option\ →**At least one option:** the driver must select one or more options\ →**Maximum of one option:** the driver must select only one option

Click **"Create"** to finalize the checklist's creation.
