Creating a Gap Review

This guide provides a step-by-step process for creating a Gap Review, by following the outlined steps, users can efficiently select relevant concepts and questions, customise their assessments, and assign them to specific students within classes.

Navigate to "**Gap Analysis**"

Select all parameters for your "**Gap Analysis**"\ \ After all parameters are set to your liking, click "**Show Analysis**"

Click the biggest bubbles or areas with gaps of your choice to select them\ \ Scrolling down shows you the concepts with gaps as chosen by selecting the bubbles on the graph, you're also able to add more by selecting the circle next to year level concepts

Keep in mind you can sort the year level concepts by students to view the concepts with the biggest gaps\ Check out our other help guides in "**Gap Analysis**" to help with sorting and filtering

After selecting all bubbles with all the gaps of your choice, select "**Create Gap Assessment**" in the top-right of the page

Select the questions to put into your "**Gap Review**" by clicking the circles in the corners of the questions\ \ You can switch tabs above the question list by selecting through the codes\ \ Ticking "**Randomise Questions**" randomises the question order of the "Gap Review"

The number in brackets next to the AC code represents how many questions are available for that AC code.

You also have the ability to click "**Select All**" which selects every single question in each individual code, this can create "**Gap Reviews**" with over **100 questions!**

After choosing all the questions necessary for your "**Gap Review**", select "**Assign Gap Review**"

Set the name of the "**Gap Review**" to your liking, then select "**Save Gap Review**"

Navigate to "**Reviews**"

Click the "**Gap Review**" you just created by selecting it, then click "**Assign**" at the top of the page

Open up the dropdown to the class of your choice and select the students you would like to include in the "**Gap Review**"\ \ **NOTE**: Any students that were in the bubbles that you selected when creating that Gap Review will automatically be assigned the review upon creation.\ \ After selecting the students of your choice, in the bottom-right click "**Save**" then confirm your choice by selecting "**Yes**"
