Navigate to [https://tagmanager.google.com/?authuser=2#/home](https://tagmanager.google.com/?authuser=2#/home)

Click "Create Account"

Click the "Account Name" field.

Type in your Account Name and the Country.

Click the "Container name" field.

Click "For use on desktop and mobile web pages"

Click "Create"

Accept the data processing terms and click on “Yes”.

Click "OK". Ask the website developer to follow the instructions on the screen and adding the Header and Body code in the <head> and <body> section of the website respectively across all pages of the website.
