Creating a Homeowner Exactix Account

Navigate to <https://exactix.colorado811.org/login>and **"Sign up."**

Enter and confirm your email address in the **"Email Address"** and **"Confirm Email Address"** fields. You will get an email at the address provided for verification. It is recommended that the email address be used as the username. If you would like to use a different username, uncheck the **"My email will be my username"** box.

Enter your **"First Name"** and **"Last Name"** into the form. Then, create and confirm your password. Please note: The password must be **at leas**t 6 characters.

Click **"Submit."** An email with a verification code will be sent to the email address provided.

Navigate to your email inbox and open the email from **“4iQ Identity”** with the subject line of **"Exactix verification code."** You will need this code to continue with the registration process. Keep in mind the code is valid for 24 hours.

Enter your verification code and click **"Confirm."**

Next, click within the **"Which 811 Center would you like to sign up for?"** and click **"Colorado 811."**

Enter your **"Phone Number"** and select a **"Phone Type"** from the drop-down selections.

Click **"Next."**

Click **"Create a new account."**

Click **"Homeowner/Property Owner"** under the account type.

Enter your **mailing address** in the address fields. If you will be working at an address different from your mailing address, you can enter the property address on the ticket form once access is granted.

Review the summary of information, if it is correct, click **"Create Account."** You can click **"Back"** if changes need to be made.

Congratulations! You are now ready to create and send Single Address Tickets that are staying within property boundaries.
